Urgently Hiring for PRESALES EXECUTUVE.

we are searching for an engaged tele caller to boost sales by reaching out to current and possible clients. To this end, the tele caller will be required to obtain lists of individuals' information, and to source data for additional members of the target audience. You should also jot down important notes during conversations to facilitate follow-ups by our staff.

Job Responsibilities:

- Would Be Responsible for Database / Cold Calling and Tele Counselling and Lining-up Walk ins in the Office, Etc.
- Identify the customer's need & propose the right option.
- Provide Customers with appropriate info about the projects(Residential & Commercial).
- Influence the customer to visit the project site.
- Prepare & send daily report.
- Good Comms Skills in English, Hindi & Marathi
- Making outgoing calls to customers/Developers.
- Convincing customers and closing the final deals.
- Updating entries in CRM
- Following Up on Client Leads for Sale of Properties.
- Responsible for Handling Clients Inquiries and Servicing Customer's Needs.
- Be An Expert on Issues of Real Estate Industry, Prices, Competitors, Market Conditions Etc.
- Maintain and Progress an Active Sales Pipeline of Prospect Clients.
- Contribute to the Major Goals of the Company in Uplifting Sales/revenues.
- Maintain Quality Service by Establishing and Enforcing Organization Standards. - Collaborate with Team to Achieve Better Results.
- Providing Excellent Service to the Customers to Make Property Investment a Delightful Experience.
- Requirements:

- Any Graduate - Any Specification or 12th Pass with Experience.
- 1 to 2 Years of Proven Experience as a Presales / Tele calling / Marketing Executive or Relevant Role.
- Real Estate Industry Knowledge or Relevant Experience.
- Proficiency in English (both Oral and Written).
- Excellent Knowledge of MS Office

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
