
Recruiting Coordinator, Talent Acquisition

Duties and responsibilities, as they align to Ryan’s Key Results
People:
- Create a positive team member experience.
Client:
- Coordinates communication with applicants.
- Arranges and administers interview schedules with internal clients, including scheduling meeting times and rooms.
Value:
- Proctors assessment tests.
- Processes offer letters.
- Maintains reports that reflect interview activity and EEO information.
- Performs and monitors reference and background checks on applicants.
- Files and maintains employment records for future references.
- Assists with campus recruiting, including scheduling events and interviews.
- Processes departmental invoices related to purchasing card, vendors, and on-campus events.
- Participates on committees and special projects, and seeks additional responsibilities.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
High-school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) required and/or a related field preferred with zero to two years prior related human resources or recruiting experience.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have knowledge of Microsoft® Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, HRIS, Outlook, and Internet navigation and research.
Certificates and Licenses:
Valid driver’s license required.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
