**Designation**:TA Executive (Campus & Field Recruiter)
**Location**:Hyderabad
**Experience**: Minimum 2 years of non-IT mass recruitment experience
**Qualification**: Graduate/Post Graduate
**Role Summary**: As a TA Executive (Campus & Field Recruiter) working in collaboration with a key player in the industry, you will play a pivotal role in our Talent Acquisition team. Your primary focus will be on high-volume recruitment for non-IT positions. We're seeking an individual with a minimum of 2 years of experience in large-scale hiring, coupled with a solid grasp of the recruitment process.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of staffing needs and devise effective strategies tailored for mass recruitment.
- Proactively develop talent pipelines through social media, internet search tools, networking by walking the malls and attending job fairs, resume mining, and calling into competitive companies
- Engage actively in job fairs and similar recruitment events, capitalizing on opportunities to attract top-tier talent for high-volume recruitment.
- Conduct crucial background checks and reference verifications as an integral part of the selection process.
- Provide regular and comprehensive updates, along with detailed reports, on recruitment activities to the management.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- A graduate/post graduate with a minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in high-volume recruitment, focusing on non-IT roles.
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiteror a staffing agency recruiter)
- Profound comprehension of the recruitment lifecycle and adeptness with industry best practices.
- Preference for prior collaboration with reputable staffing agencies, showcasing your ability to engage effectively with external partners.
- Ability to excel both independently and as an enthusiastic team player.
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field would be advantageous.
**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
