Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

A dynamic professional is sought for a Talent Acquisition Specialist role.

The ideal candidate will possess 4–7 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a Global Capability Center (GCC) or Shared Services environment.

Key responsibilities include managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across technical and non-technical functions, partnering with business stakeholders to understand talent needs, and developing sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, referrals, and passive candidate engagement.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven track record of hiring for engineering and support functions at mid to senior levels.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) platforms and recruitment analytics tools.
  • Strong stakeholder management and vendor management capabilities.
  • Exposure to psychometric and IT assessment platforms.
  • Experience in campus hiring and early talent programs.
