Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist - Mid-Level.

About the Role:

We are seeking a result-driven IT talent acquisition professional to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to deliver quality talent within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to offer negotiation and closure.
  • Partner with hiring managers and client stakeholders to understand hiring needs and create effective sourcing strategies.
  • Source candidates through various channels - job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and headhunting.
  • Screen and evaluate candidates' technical and cultural fitment for internal and client needs.
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback collection, and ensure timely closures.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT candidates for critical and niche skills.
  • Build and nurture candidate relationships to improve candidate experience.
  • Manage recruitment dashboards, trackers, and periodic reporting for stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with IT hiring trends, market intelligence, and innovative sourcing techniques.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3-5 years of Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience with a strong focus on IT hiring.
  • Experience in handling both corporate/internal hiring and client/vendor hiring.
  • Strong screening capabilities for mid to senior-level IT roles (Java, .NET, Cloud, Data, SAP, DevOps, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with ATS/HRMS tools and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver within tight timelines.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
