Our organization seeks a proactive and results-driven professional to oversee the end-to-end recruitment process. This role offers opportunities for growth, learning, and contributing to building strong talent pipelines for various industries.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding).
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and business heads to understand role requirements.
- Schedule and follow up on interviews with candidates and interview panels.
- Maintain and update candidate records in ATS / internal systems.
- Built and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
- Achieve weekly and monthly hiring targets.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 05 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with job portals and MS Office tools.
