About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a leading HR consulting firm as a Talent Acquisition Manager. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment life cycles, sourcing top talent from diverse sources, and driving closure of open positions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to source top talent from various channels.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and department heads to create job descriptions and requirements.
  • Plan and execute interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
  • Manage the offer process, including salary negotiation and facilitation of employee onboarding.
  • Provide HR operations support and facilitate employee engagement initiatives.
Requirements:
  • MBA-HR (Regular) degree with 3-5 years of experience in generalist HR and talent acquisition.
  • Proven track record of success in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Strong networking skills and ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
