Talent Acquisition & Content Creation

Location: Hyderabad

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic professional to join our growing HR team. In this dual-focused role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract, recruit, and retain top talent, while also crafting compelling internal communications and content to elevate our employer brand.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Talent Acquisition & Campus Hiring**:

- Build strong relationships with universities and colleges to develop and implement successful campus recruiting programs.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- **Internal Communication & Content Creation (HR Branding)**:

- Develop and implement internal communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged.
- Create high-quality content (e.g., articles, social media posts, videos) to promote our employer brand and company culture.
- Manage and maintain our careers page and other internal resources for attracting and retaining talent.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of [3] years of experience in talent acquisition and/or employer branding.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices
- Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute creative content marketing strategies.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: ₹10,905.64 - ₹30,000.40 per month
