Role: Recruiter - Talent Acquisition

Experience: 2 - 5 Years

Location: Hyderabad - On-site

Shift Timings - 11 am to 8 pm

Notice Period: Immediate Joiner.

Mandate skills: We are seeking an individual with experience in sales and digital marketing recruitment, specifically for both high-volume and specialized roles. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years of end to end recruitment experience and excellent in communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Full-Cycle Recruitment:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent requirements, develop job descriptions, and define candidate profiles.
• Employ various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate cultural fit, and potential for success.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, collecting feedback, and conducting reference checks.
• Lead offer negotiations and ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates.

Recruitment Strategy and Planning:

• Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to develop effective recruitment strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.
• Analyze talent needs, industry trends, and market conditions to provide insights and recommendations on recruitment strategies and best practices.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for key positions to ensure a consistent flow of qualified candidates.

Talent Acquisition Metrics and Reporting:

• Track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire, to measure recruitment effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations on recruitment activities, metrics, and progress to share with hiring managers and senior leadership.

Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to understand talent needs and align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor on recruitment-related matters.
• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices, interviewing techniques, and talent assessment.

Recruitment Process Improvement:

• Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency, quality, and candidate experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment technologies, and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive in talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2- 5 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment, with a focus on full-cycle recruitment and sourcing.
• Proven track record of successfully recruiting candidates for various roles in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
• Solid knowledge of recruitment strategies, techniques, and best practices.
• Experience in utilizing recruitment technologies, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and sourcing tools.
