Wood Be Done is a high-end, full-service interior design firm with an in-house modular furniture manufacturing facility. We work with discerning homeowners, architects, and designers to deliver timeless, minimalist spaces with unmatched craftsmanship.

We are looking for a driven Talent Acquisition Recruiter who can help us build an A-team across design, project management, sales, and manufacturing roles. This is not a "post-and-pray" sourcing job – we want a recruiter who thrives on proactive talent hunting, relationship building, and understanding niche industry needs.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle for multiple roles – from understanding the brief to closing the hire.
  • Source candidates via headhunting, LinkedIn, referrals, networks, and industry groups (not just job portals).
  • Pre-screen candidates for skills, cultural fit, and role expectations before sharing with the founders.
  • Maintain and update a talent pipeline for current and future needs.
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer negotiations.
  • Be the brand ambassador for Wood Be Done in the talent market.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2–5 years' experience in talent acquisition, ideally in interior design, architecture, construction, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Proven track record of direct sourcing and closing niche roles.
  • Strong understanding of different functions – design, project execution, manufacturing, and sales.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
  • Resourceful, proactive, and results-driven personality.
