**Role Overview**

We are seeking a self-driven and motivated relationship manager for India’s fastest growing wedding planning platform. You would be responsible for reaching out to to-be wed couples, educating them and helping them use the Shaadisaga platform in the best possible manner

**Key Responsibilities**
- Single point of contact for couples hiring vendors from Shaadisaga platform
- Reach out to to-be-wed couples for their wedding hiring enquiries, understand their requirements, assign vendors and facilitate client-vendors coordination
- Manage and maintain large set of queries on CRM
- Helping couples with negotiation if needed
- Grievance redressal

**Skill and competency**
- Proven track record in client servicing (preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach are a must
- Able to work comfortably on fast paced and result oriented environment
- Proficient in relationship building

**Education**
- Graduate and above

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
