Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Customer Success Specialist. The Customer Success Specialist will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing exceptional customer support, and reaching out to prospective customers. Day-to-day tasks include resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and maintaining customer relationships through effective communication. Analytical skills will also be utilized to gather insights and improve the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills
 - Warm calling to get customer insights
 - Strong Customer Interviewing Skills with understanding of pain points of customers
 - Excellent Communication skills, preferably English
 - Able to own the process and self motivated
 - Ability to work onsite in New Delhi
 - Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
 - Prior Experience is a plus
 - Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field
