We are hiring a Customer Success Specialist with a strong technical background and a customer-first approach to support our logistics tech clients. This role involves providing software and hardware support, managing GPS/IoT installations, conducting product demos, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction through issue resolution and ongoing engagement.

Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver prompt and effective technical support for GPS devices, logistics software, and mobile platforms.
  • Conduct technical demos of products or new features to clients during onboarding or upgrade phases.
  • Troubleshoot hardware/software functionality issues and provide resolution remotely or on-site.
  • Handle incoming requests via phone, email, or in-person and ensure all support interactions follow service desk protocols.
  • Document and interpret client-reported issues, offer resolutions, and escalate where necessary.
  • Maintain SLA adherence and ensure consistent process conformity across client support operations.
  • Identify critical situations and escalate them to the relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Support field engineers and coordinate with internal teams to solve region-specific issues.
  • Track and record installation and rectification data for reporting and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with key accounts through regular engagement and proactive issue management.
  • Required Candidate Profile :
  • Prior exposure to GPS/IoT installations or related field hardware setup.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with an ability to explain complex solutions in simple terms.
  • Familiar with computer systems, mobile apps, cloud platforms, and basic networking.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Hindi.
  • Experience in client-facing roles is preferred.
  • Comfortable working in a rotational shift setup and flexible with work hours.
  • Ability to handle multiple client accounts and resolve queries with a solution-oriented mindset.
