About the Role:
We're hiring a skilled Customer Success & Implementation Professional with hands-on experience in
School ERP
. You will onboard schools, train staff, handle support, and ensure a smooth product experience across all departments.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end ERP implementation: requirements, configuration, UAT & go-live
Conduct training for school admins, teachers, accounts & staff
Primary point of contact for assigned schools (support & issue resolution)
Log/track support tickets and coordinate with internal tech teams
Drive product adoption across modules (Fees, Exams, Attendance, Transport, etc.)
Collect structured feedback & share with product/engineering
Support data migration, reports & functional setups
Build strong school relationships to ensure renewals & references
Requirements:
3–6 years' experience in School ERP / EdTech implementation or support
Strong understanding of K-12 processes (Admissions, Fees, Exams, HR, etc.)
Excellent communication & presentation skills
Good troubleshooting ability and comfort with spreadsheets/ticketing tools
Customer-first mindset with patience & problem-solving skills
Valid driving license + willingness to travel to schools
Terms:
Onsite school visits required
Occasional extended hours during admissions/exams/go-live
Quarterly performance review based on customer satisfaction & adoption
Product training & assessment during probation
