The Customer Success Specialist will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing exceptional customer support, and reaching out to prospective customers. Day-to-day tasks include resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and maintaining customer relationships through effective communication. Analytical skills will also be utilized to gather insights and improve the overall customer experience.QualificationsCustomer Satisfaction, Customer Support, and Customer Service skillsWarm calling to get customer insightsStrong Customer Interviewing Skills with understanding of pain points of customersExcellent Communication skills, preferably EnglishAble to own the process and self motivatedAbility to work onsite in New DelhiProblem-solving skills and attention to detailPrior Experience is a plusBachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field
