**Looking for Customer Support / Education Loan Counsellor**

**Minimum Experience: 6 months+ as Customer Support / Education Loan Counsellor / Loan Application specialist**

**Working days - (Mon - Sat) - Day shift**

**Work from Office - Saket, Delhi**
- Manage customers (students) and affect actual sales over the phone.
- Explain the features of our education loans to students
- Answer students' queries over the phone.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation and Conversion**:

- Contact student leads provided by the marketing team.
- Explain loan products and benefits to prospective students.
- Assess the financial needs of students to recommend suitable loan options.
- **Loan Application Processing**:

- **Customer Service**:

- Provide continuous support and guidance to students throughout the loan process.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication.
- **Follow-Up and Coordination**:

- Coordinate with lenders to ensure timely disbursement of loans.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of loan processes and financial products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

**Skills required**:

- Must be good in Communication (Language English, Hindi).
- Customer-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Persuasive and goal-oriented.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
