Job Title: Assistant Manager Customer Success

Location: Saket, New Delhi

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Assistant Manager to manage team of Customer Success Officersto help customers in completing the course. Keep the team motivated for customer engagement, resolve the customer queries, and ensure timely completion of course by customers. The ideal candidate should possess leadership skills, excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first approach

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead team by example for outbound support calls.
  • Ensure timely communication to customers with accurate information about products/services, learning journey to customers.
  • Maintain customer records and update databases with accurate details.
  • Follow-up with customers to ensure resolution and course completion.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets related to customer service metrics.
  • Adhere to company policies, compliance, and quality standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Having 1 year experience in sales and customer support each.
  • Prior experience in team handling, customer service, call centre, or related field preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English/Hindi/regional language as per requirement).
  • Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.

Package:

  • CTC – 4 lacs.
  • Attractive PLI and Bonus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
