**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and lead a team of Medical Representatives in the assigned territory.
- Plan and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, chemists, and stockists.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Conduct regular field visits, joint working, and team reviews.
- Ensure proper product knowledge and training for the sales team.
- Submit timely reports and MIS to management.
- Ensure effective coverage and penetration in the South Gujarat region.

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical field sales.
- Previous experience as ASM or Senior MR in the South Gujarat area preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, and people management skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel extensively across the region.
- Good understanding of pharma marketing and territory dynamics.

**Qualification**:

- Graduate in Science/Pharmacy or any relevant stream.
- MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
