The primary responsibility of this role is to drive sales and brand awareness for the women's outwear startup through offline channels. Key responsibilities include:
Sales:

- Identify and acquire new retail partners.
- Build strong relationships with existing retailers and distributors.
- Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with retailers.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Marketing:

- Plan and execute effective marketing

campaigns, including trade shows,

exhibitions, and in-store promotions.
- Develop and implement marketing collaterals, such as product catalogs, lookbooks, and sales presentations.
- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and challenges.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.

Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and retailers.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service.

Key Result Areas (KRAs):

- Sales Achievement: Achieving and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Retailer Acquisition: Acquiring a specified number of new retail partners.
- Market Penetration: Increasing brand visibility and market penetration in target regions.
- Customer Satisfaction: Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Operational Efficiency: Efficiently managing sales and marketing activities.
- Cost Control: Managing expenses within budget.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹41,405.91 per month

Expected hours: 24 - 36 per week
