Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Target Achievement: Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by acquiring new clients and managing existing accounts.
- Client Meetings: Conduct regular face-to-face meetings with potential and existing customers in the assigned region to promote company products/services.
- Product Demonstration: Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective clients.
- Lead Generation: Identify opportunities for sales, follow up on leads, and convert them into sales.
- Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and product innovations to provide valuable feedback to the company.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the sales manager, detailing progress on targets and customer feedback.
- Territory Management: Develop and manage the assigned territory, ensuring efficient coverage and optimal results.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing, customer service, and product development teams to ensure alignment on customer needs and market demands.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in [industry-specific information, e.g., B2C
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, fluency in English and local languages (Hindi, Marathi).
- Negotiation & Persuasion: Ability to influence, negotiate, and close deals with clients.
- Self-Motivated: Highly motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Time Management: Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other digital tools.
- Driving License: Must possess a valid driver’s license and have access to a personal vehicle (if required).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the Mumbai market and surrounding regions.
- Proven track record of successful sales in a competitive environment.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients simultaneously.
