**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for various clients.
- Create engaging and compelling content, including text, images, and videos, for different social platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and more.
- Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Monitor social media channels and engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and queries in a timely manner.
- Track and analyze performance metrics such as reach, engagement, click-through rates, and conversions, and provide regular reports.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media marketing.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality visuals and content.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and tailor social media strategies to meet their objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in managing social media platforms (experience in a marketing agency is a plus).
- Proficiency in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics).
- Creative mindset with strong content creation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A keen eye for design and attention to detail.
- Experience in paid social media advertising is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
