Job Responsibilities:

As a Social Media Executive, you will:

  • Develop and manage social media calendars for multiple brands.
  • Create, schedule, and post engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and more.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging.
  • Monitor trends and industry news to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and DMs, and manage online communities.
  • Identify and coordinate with relevant influencers for brand collaborations.
  • Track and report performance metrics using analytics tools, and suggest improvements.
  • Contribute ideas for campaigns, contests, and brand-building activities.

Applicant Requirements / Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a social media role, preferably in a digital agency.
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple brands/accounts and work under tight deadlines.
  • A creative mindset with an eye for detail and trends.
