**Responsibilities**:
As a Social Media Executive, you will:

- Develop and manage **social media calendars** for multiple brands.
- Create, schedule, and post engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and more.
- **Collaborate with the design and content teams** to ensure consistency in brand messaging.
- Monitor trends and industry news to keep content fresh and relevant.
- **Engage with followers**, respond to comments and DMs, and manage online communities.
- Identify and coordinate with relevant **influencers for brand collaborations**.
- Track and report performance metrics using analytics tools, and suggest improvements.
- Contribute ideas for campaigns, contests, and brand-building activities.

**Applicant Requirements / Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years of experience in a social media role, preferably in a digital agency.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple brands/accounts and work under tight deadlines.
- A creative mindset with an eye for detail and trends.
