Role Description
This is a full-time leadership role responsible for driving end-to-end social media operations, creating engaging content, managing a team, and ensuring impactful client engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong strategic mindset, proven experience in building high-performing campaigns, and the ability to translate business objectives into effective social media strategies. This role requires exceptional leadership, client management skills, and a passion for delivering measurable results in the ever-evolving digital landscape.
Key Responsibilities.
- Lead, develop, and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business and client goals.
- Oversee end-to-end execution of social media campaigns, from ideation to delivery, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
- Create, curate, and publish engaging content across various platforms.
- Manage and mentor a team of social media, content creators, and Graphic Designers to achieve targets.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to queries, and build community engagement.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication, timely delivery, and client satisfaction.
- Plan and execute paid and organic campaigns to increase brand visibility.
- Track, analyze, and present detailed performance reports to management and clients with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency.
Qualifications
- 5-8+ years of proven experience in social media management, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or team management role
- Strong expertise in social media marketing, digital strategy, and content creation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
- Strong Communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and derive insights for campaign optimization
- Proficiency in managing multiple social media platforms
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with social media analytics tools
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹80, ₹100,000.00 per month
