**Responsibilities**:
As a Media Buyer, you will:

- Plan, execute, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as **Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and others**.
- Conduct **media planning, audience targeting, and bid strategy management**.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize for better reach, conversions, and ROI.
- Negotiate with platforms and vendors to secure competitive ad placements.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Monitor budget pacing, KPIs, and performance trends.
- Generate regular performance reports and insights for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and algorithm changes.

**Applicant Requirements / Qualifications**:

- 6-8 years of experience as a Media Buyer in a digital agency or advertising environment.
- Proven expertise in **paid media buying** across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using tools like **Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager**, and **Data Studio**.
- Ability to work with large ad budgets and scale campaigns effectively.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
- A results-oriented mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy.
