We are seeking a motivated and creative **Social Media Intern** to join our dynamic team at LawCrust Global Consulting Ltd. This internship presents an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the rapidly evolving field of social media marketing.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- **Technical Requirements**: Must possess a personal laptop.
- **Typing Proficiency**: Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute.

**Job Type**:

- **Full-Time**: Full time positions in the following shifts
- **Shift 1**: 6:45 AM to 3:00 PM (females)
- **Shift 2**: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM (males)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Engagement and Content Creation**: Participate in practical training sessions focused on managing the company’s social media accounts and creating engaging content that resonates with our audience.
- **Strategy Implementation**: Collaborate in the execution of social media strategies aimed at enhancing brand awareness and fostering engagement across platforms.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Monitor social media channels for emerging trends and opportunities to ensure our content remains relevant and impactful.
- **Marketing Coordination**: Assist in coordinating marketing and promotional activities, contributing to the overall effectiveness of our campaigns.
- **Team Support**: Provide support to team members as needed, fostering a collaborative work environment.

**Additional Information**:

- **Contract Length**: 3 months
- **Compensation**: ₹5,000.00 per month, with commission pay based on lead generation (up to ₹10,000).
- **Work Location**: In-person.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
