**Job Summary**:
Atco Interiors is seeking a dynamic and proactive Field Marketing Executive to drive business development through direct interactions with dealers, architects, interior designers, and procurement managers. The role requires frequent field visits, relationship building, and on-ground marketing efforts to increase brand visibility and generate business leads.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular visits to dealers, architects, interior designers, and procurement professionals to promote Atco Interiors' product range.
- Present product samples, brochures, and technical specifications during meetings.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Identify new prospects, generate leads, and follow up for conversion.
- Collect feedback from clients and relay market insights to the internal team for strategic improvements.
- Ensure branding materials, displays, and point-of-sale materials are correctly placed at dealer locations.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to plan and execute local campaigns, events, and exhibitions.
- Maintain a daily visit report and update CRM tools with client interactions and progress.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in field sales or marketing, preferably in interiors, building materials, or architecture-related sectors.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Understanding of the interiors or architectural product industry.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic reporting tools.
- Passion for design and aesthetics.
