**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Relationship Building**: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term collaboration and satisfaction.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through effective planning and execution.
- **Market Analysis**: Research and understand market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular updates on sales activities, performance metrics, and client feedback to the sales manager.
- **Promotional Activities**: Participate in promotional events, campaigns, and field activities to boost brand visibility.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align efforts and maximize outcomes.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum **1 year of experience** in a sales field role, preferably in [specify the industry, e.g., technology, e-commerce, etc.].
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven attitude.
- Knowledge of the Mumbai market and local business environment.

- Proficiency in [relevant tools/software, e.g., CRM systems, MS Office Suite].
- A valid driver’s license and access to personal transportation (preferred but not mandatory).
