**Job Role: Marketing Field Executive**

A **Marketing Field Executive** plays a crucial role in executing on-ground marketing activities to promote a company’s products or services and generate leads. This role involves direct interaction with potential customers, distributors, or retailers, depending on the industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and carry out field marketing campaigns to promote products/services.
- Conduct market visits to identify potential customers, gather leads, and close sales.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
- Distribute promotional materials and organize product demonstrations or brand activations.
- Collect customer feedback and report market trends to the marketing team.
- Maintain records of daily field activity, leads generated, and campaign performance.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to align strategies and improve outreach.
- Ensure brand visibility in assigned territories through signage, events, and merchandising.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Willingness to travel and work in the field regularly.
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Proficiency in local language(s) is often an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

Work Location: In person
