**Job Summary**:
As a Field Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to promote Aptech Learning, Aptech Aviation, and MAAC at the ground level. Your role will involve organizing and managing events, building relationships with educational institutions, and driving local marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and student enrollment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Strategic Planning**:
- Develop and implement field marketing strategies aligned with the overall marketing and business goals.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities, understand competitor activities, and gauge student preferences.
- **Event Management**:
- Plan, organize, and execute promotional events, workshops, seminars, and career fairs.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
- Track and report on event performance, including lead generation and ROI.
- **Relationship Building**:
- Build and maintain relationships with local schools, colleges, and educational institutions to promote Aptech and MAAC programs.
- Conduct presentations and information sessions to educate potential students and influencers about our offerings.
- **Local Marketing Initiatives**:
- Develop and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and posters, to local partners and potential students.
- Implement targeted digital marketing campaigns to complement field activities.
- Manage social media presence at the local level to engage with the community and promote events.
- **Lead Generation and Follow-Up**:
- Generate leads through field activities and ensure timely follow-up with potential students.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to convert leads into enrollments.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of field marketing activities.
- Provide regular reports on key metrics, including lead generation, event attendance, and enrollment rates.
- Make data-driven recommendations for improving field marketing strategies.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in field marketing, event management, or related roles.
- Proven track record of successful event planning and execution.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience in the education or aviation industry.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
