**Job Title: Payroll Administrator**

**Experience: 5 years must in International Payroll (Preferably US and Canadian Payroll)**

**Position Overview**: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Clerk to join our team. The Payroll Clerk will be responsible for accurately processing payroll for our employees, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, and providing support to the finance department as needed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process weekly payroll for employees accurately and timely.
- Calculate wages, deductions, bonuses, and other payroll adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with federal and provincial payroll regulations, including deductions for taxes, benefits, and garnishments.
- Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve any payroll-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of employee information, including hours worked, overtime, vacation, and sick leave.
- Generate payroll reports for management as required.
- Assist with year-end payroll activities, including the preparation of T4 and other relevant documents.
- Collaborate with the HR department to ensure accurate employee data and timely processing of new hires, terminations, and changes in employment status.
- Stay up to date with changes in payroll regulations and best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in payroll administration is a plus.
- Previous experience working in payroll administration or a related field (at least 5 years of experience in US and Canadian Payroll).
- Proficiency with payroll software and Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel. Quickbooks experience is an asset.
- Strong understanding of payroll principles, regulations, and compliance requirements in Canada.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
