**Job Title**:Administrative Payroll Clerk
**Location**:Panchkula, India (Onsite)
Position Type: Full-Time, Midnight Shift

As we expand, we are looking for a capable Administrative Payroll Clerk to support our front and back-end team.
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Management:
- Process payroll using QuickBooks Payroll.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in payroll processing.
- Handle payroll discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
Scheduling and Timecard Management:
- Schedule workers' shifts efficiently.
- Retrieve and manage timecards from clients, ensuring all hours worked are accurately recorded.
- Monitor attendance and tardiness and address any related issues.
Onboarding and Reporting:
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring all paperwork and necessary documentation are completed.
- Pull and run various payroll and attendance reports.
- Create detailed reports as needed for management and auditing purposes.
Recruitment and Sourcing:
- Assist in the hiring process, including screening resumes and conducting preliminary interviews.
Qualifications (Must Haves):
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Processing Payroll.
- Proven ability to work midnight shifts.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in North America.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with QuickBooks Time (Worker Time Tracking)
- Experience with employee scheduling software.
- Knowledge of labor laws and payroll regulations.
Previous experience in an administrative role within a similar industry
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
