- Manage and lead a team of recruiters to deliver high-quality recruitment services to the organization.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent to the organization's software development and IT teams.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
- Collaborate with HR to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics to senior management. | | Qualifications |
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in delivering high-quality recruitment services.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship

Pay: ₹12,337.54 - ₹38,629.20 per month
