**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the entire recruitment cycle for IT and NON-IT roles
- Utilize diverse job portals to attract top talent
- Execute referencing and mapping exercises for urgent closures
- Coordinate telephonic interviews and negotiate offers as required
- Maintain an internal database for future recruitment needs

**Experience, Skills, and Qualifications**:

- Strong communication abilities
- Prior recruitment experience preferred
- Willingness to work night shifts (6:30 PM to 4 AM)
- Graduates from any field are welcome to apply
