About the Role: We are seeking experienced and proactive Senior IT Recruiters to join our team. This role requires strong ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, with a particular emphasis on passive sourcing strategies . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying and engaging top tech talent beyond traditional platforms like LinkedIn and Naukri, using alternative sourcing channels and creative outreach methods. A high level of stakeholder engagement, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities Proactively identify and engage top IT talent through passive sourcing channels (GitHub, Stack Overflow, AngelList, Indeed, Twitter/X, alumni networks, meetups, etc.). Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract candidates for niche and hard-to-fill technology roles . Conduct detailed market mapping and talent intelligence to understand competitor hiring trends and availability of niche skills. Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and future hiring needs. Screen and evaluate candidates’ technical and cultural fit through initial assessments and discussions. Partner closely with hiring managers and technical interview panels to define role requirements and sourcing priorities . Drive diversity hiring initiatives and inclusive sourcing strategies. Provide regular status reports, market insights, and analytics to stakeholders. Represent the employer brand positively and build long-term relationships with potential candidates. Key Skills & Competencies Strong experience in passive sourcing and headhunting techniques . Deep understanding of IT technologies, tech stacks, and industry trends . Proficiency with multiple sourcing tools and platforms beyond LinkedIn & Naukri (e.G., GitHub, Stack Overflow, Hirect, Boolean search, X-Ray search, etc.). Expertise in Boolean search, advanced search operators , and social recruiting . Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills . Strong analytical and research abilities for market and talent mapping. Proven ability to manage high-volume and niche skill hiring simultaneously. Result-oriented , with the ability to deliver quality profiles under tight timelines. Skilled in candidate engagement, relationship building , and maintaining pipelines for future hiring.
