Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.

Communicating with customers through various channels.

Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance

Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved

Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams.

Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers

Successful applicant requirements:
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Prior experience as a Customer Support Executive

Experience using remote support tools

Friendly, Patient, Able to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment

Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.

Multi-tasking abilities

**Requirements**:
Experience: 1+ years experience as a customer support executive or similar role-related experience,

preferably handling customers

Sound knowledge in Healthcare concept. Should have 12 months to 48 months of AR calling Experience. Excellent Knowledge on Denial management. Should be proficient in calling the insurance companies. Ensure targeted collections are met on a daily / monthly basis Meet the productivity targets of clients within the stipulated time. Ensure accurate and timely follow up on pending claims wherein required. Prepare and Maintain status reports Skills & Education: Any degree Excellent Communication Skills, Analytical & Good Listening Skills
