**Responsibilities and Duties** Full job description
- Conduct welcome calls to new customers, introducing them to our services and addressing their initial queries
- Receiving & Making Calls to customers
- Involving in client and customer Follow-up Calls.
- Provide clear and accurate information regarding the services they are entitled to.
- Answering phones and explaining the services offered by the Gia Holidays
- We are contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers.
- Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
- Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
- Resolving queries and issues related to the services.
- Maintaining the database of customers regularly.
- Suggesting solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements.
- Draft customer newsletters with management to promote new services or policies
- Facilitate customer satisfaction surveys, receiving a score of 99% Satisfaction.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
**Key Skills**:
Basic Computer Knowledge /Typing Skills, Sound knowledge of MS Office, Problem-solving skills and internet surfing
**Required Experience and Qualifications**
- **Exp**: Fresher / Experience
- **Qualification**: Any Degree
- **Language**: Tamil and English
