o Responsible for all operations of the front desk and guest services.
- Handles all incoming sales phone calls and diverts further to the Sales Managers.
- Also may assist other administrative staff.
- Must be a good organiser and communicator and must have pleasant disposition and friendly personality.
- Multitasking, decision making and time-management skills are essential.
- Familiarize with Front Office policies and procedures.
2. Areas of Responsibilities
- Receive inbound calls and visitors. Give brief project information and handout collateral to prospects.
- Handle Directors guests.
- Call logs, Reports and MIS
- Organize meetings and arrange for site visits etc.
- Minimize visitor waiting period.
3. Specific Skills
- Must have Typing skills, Windows XP, Word, Excel, MS Outlook and use of Internet o Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi.
4. Relationships o Reports to the VP - Admin & HR
- Dotted line reporting to Sales HOD
- Liasioning with the admin, housekeeping teams and security staff
5. Consideration
- This position has a formal dress code.
- Front office managers might be required to work irregular hours or remain on call to work at short notice.

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
