**Guest Relations Executive**

**Job Overview**:
As a Guest Relations Executive at FML Hospitality, you are the embodiment of our commitment to exceptional guest experiences. Your role is pivotal in ensuring every guest feels valued, understood, and delighted by our services. You'll be the friendly face that bridges our guests to the world-class hospitality we offer.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Warm Welcome**: Extend a heartfelt greeting to guests, setting the tone for their visit.
- **Communication Maestro**: Engage with guests to grasp their needs, preferences, and feedback effectively.
- **Order Facilitation**: Guide guests through our unique ordering system, enhancing their interaction with our services.
- **Problem Solver**: Address guest concerns or issues with a proactive and positive approach, ensuring swift resolution.
- **Upselling & Promotion**: Showcase special offers, promotions, or events to elevate guest experiences and boost sales.
- **Feedback Collection**: Actively seek and record feedback from guests to foster continuous improvement in our services.
- **Maintain Ambiance**: Ensure the hospitality areas are well-presented, clean, and inviting at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Warm and approachable personality with a can-do attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adeptness in handling challenging situations gracefully.
- Basic knowledge of hospitality operations and services is preferred.

**How to Apply**:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,859.62 - ₹35,422.83 per month

**Benefits**:

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
