**Profile Introduction**:
As a Guest Relations Executive at our resort, you will be the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring their experience is memorable and exceeds expectations. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining the resort's reputation for exceptional hospitality and service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in process.
- Provide personalized service to guests throughout their stay, anticipating and fulfilling their needs.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
- Assist in organizing special events, activities, and excursions for guests.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of resort facilities, services, and local attractions to provide accurate information to guests.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by seeking feedback and taking necessary actions to address concerns.
- Handle guest departures efficiently, including check-out procedures and billing.
- Uphold resort policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of guests and staff.

- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy.
- Attention to detail and high standards for quality.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
