Key Responsibilities:

- Resolve customer issues effectively, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers.
- Keep records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
- Update customer information as needed and ensure accurate data entry.
- Assist customers with product or service information and provide guidance.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
