**Indus Appstore**, a leading app discovery platform in India, is seeking a passionate and results-oriented **CRM Executive** to join our growing team. In this dynamic role, you will play a crucial part in driving user engagement and app discovery through strategic campaign execution.

**About the Role**:

- **Data-Driven Approach**: Leverage data insights provided by the Data Science team to personalize campaigns, target specific user segments, and measure campaign performance.
- **CRM Operations**: Manage day-to-day CRM operations, which may involve tasks like user segmentation, creating targeted contact lists, and analyzing user behavior data.
- **Reporting & Optimization**: Regularly monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze results, and generate reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize future campaigns.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in CRM management, marketing automation, or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Strong understanding of user engagement strategies and best practices in mobile app marketing.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and the ability to translate data insights into actionable campaign strategies.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Passion for mobile apps and a keen interest in the Indian tech landscape.
