We are looking for a dedicated CRM Cum Marketing Executive to support the implementation and optimization of our CRM system while contributing to our marketing efforts.
**Job Summary**:
The CRM Cum Marketing Executive will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth implementation and daily management of the CRM system across our sales team. This individual will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to streamline customer data management, improve customer relationships, and support ongoing marketing initiatives. The role also includes assisting with the planning and executing events, conferences, and workshops, along with supporting the social media team to enhance our brand presence.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Implementation & Support: Ensure smooth onboarding and continuous adoption of the CRM system across the sales team.
- Daily Monitoring: Track and monitor CRM usage, ensuring accurate and consistent input of customer data, sales activities, and communications.
- Data Management: Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring that all information is accurate, up-to-date, and properly segmented.
- Training & Guidance: Provide ongoing training and troubleshooting support to the sales team for CRM-related queries and ensure they are utilizing the system effectively.
- Report Generation: Generate and analyze CRM reports (sales performance, customer interaction, etc.) and share actionable insights with the management and sales teams.
- Content Support: Collaborate with the social media team to create engaging content that drives brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Event Assistance: Support the sales team in organizing and participating in periodic conferences, workshops, webinars, and other industry events. Ensure that CRM insights are leveraged during these events for lead generation and follow-ups.
- Customer Communication: Coordinate with the sales team to ensure that important customer updates, promotional materials, and other communications are sent timely and effectively.
- Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources for lead management, follow-ups, and closing deals.
- Customer Relationship Management: Assist the sales team in identifying potential opportunities for customer engagement, upselling, and cross-selling based on CRM data and marketing activities.
- Market Research: Assist in gathering insights and feedback from customers to refine marketing strategies and sales tactics.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of marketing campaigns, CRM-related documents, and customer interactions.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs related to CRM adoption, customer engagement, and marketing effectiveness, and provide regular updates to management.
- Cross-functional coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, customer service, and IT, to ensure that CRM-related initiatives are well-aligned with company goals.
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A certification in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) is a plus.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in CRM management, marketing, or sales support, preferably in the healthcare or medical equipment industry.
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.).
- Prior experience supporting marketing campaigns and social media activities is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, data management, and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and marketing tools.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude and ability to work independently and within a team.
- Knowledge of the medical equipment industry is a plus but not compulsory.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- A passion for improving customer relationships and contributing to the overall success of the company.
