As a Continental Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of continental dishes, ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation. You will work closely with the kitchen team to create a diverse and appealing menu, while maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.

▎Key Responsibilities:

- Food Preparation: Prepare, cook, and present continental dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications.
- Menu Development: Collaborate with the Head Chef to design and update the continental menu, incorporating seasonal ingredients and guest preferences.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards of taste, presentation, and hygiene.
- Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring inventory levels, placing orders for ingredients, and minimizing waste.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including proper storage of food items and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service times.
- Training Mentorship: Assist in training junior kitchen staff in cooking techniques and kitchen procedures as needed.
- Guest Interaction: Occasionally interact with guests to gather feedback on dishes and provide recommendations.

▎Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Continental Cook or similar role in a restaurant or hotel setting.
- In-depth knowledge of continental cuisine, cooking techniques, and presentation styles.
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

▎Physical Requirements:

- Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items (up to [insert weight]).
