Key Responsibilities:

- Study and understand the tender requirements and develop the most effective and

suitable strategy and solution for the organization to submit a bid.
- Identify and evaluate various tender opportunities from various kind of sources such

as online platforms, public notices and client requests.
- Collaborate with engineering, production and sales teams to gather relevant

information for preparation of the proposals.
- Manage the documents provided by potential suppliers evaluate the pricing and

prepare documentation for the tender.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders communicate with potential and

current suppliers and negotiate their terms.
- Study and review proposals and assess cost efficiency and other risks involved.
- Developing compelling correspondence create impressive presentations for tender

submission and ensure compliance with tender guidelines.
- Monitoring and analysing the success rate of submitted tenders and suggest

improvements.
- Analyze bids and contracts for price, quality and technical specifications of goods

and services.
- Prepare detailed reports and analyses on bid and contract costs.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

- Minimum 2 years and above experience is required for this position.
- Proven experience in a tender oriented environment like bid writing, procurement,

project management or project coordination.
- Excellent writing skills with good knowledge of grammar and punctuation.
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
- Must have completed Graduation in Bachelor’s Degree in Technology in Electrical

Engineering or relevant field and Master’s Degree in relevant field will be a plus.
- Strong understanding of tendering processes and procurement practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
