**GeM Portal Management**:

- Register and maintain company profile on the GeM portal.
- Upload products/services offered by the company (event management, logistics, production, etc.).
- Regularly update pricing, catalogs, and service details as per GeM norms.

**Tender Participation**:

- Search, track, and identify relevant bids/tenders on GeM related to event management, exhibitions, and government-sponsored events.
- Study tender documents, prepare and submit bid proposals on time.
- Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, documentation, and technical inputs.

**Documentation and Compliance**:

- Ensure all necessary documents (GST, PAN, work experience, certifications, etc.) are updated on the portal.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in document submission.

**Client Interaction**:

- Liaise with government departments for clarifications or follow-ups on bids.
- Coordinate for bid opening, evaluation results, and contract finalization.

**Post-Bid Activities**:

- Assist in order processing, invoicing, and payment tracking after successful bids.
- Maintain a record of wins/losses and report to management.

**Compliance & Reporting**:

- Ensure timely renewal of registrations, licenses, and certificates.
- Prepare monthly reports on GeM activities, submissions, and outcomes.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
