Company Profile - We are Canon Premium Partner associated with Canon India Pvt Ltd since last 25 years. We offer an extended product portfolio, including Digital Production Printers, Large Format Printers, commercial printers, Multi-Functional devices, laser printers, scanners, and other printer accessories.

We are seeking experienced Back Office Executive to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- To coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission documents in relation to tendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires, and pre-qualifications.
- Prepare Technical Financial bids & Prepare documents for e-Tendering on GEM portals. Receive and deal with enquiries from Clients concerning Tenders. Also Regular Follow-up with prospective buyers for a Purchase Order.
- Drafting and Negotiation of agreements/commercial contracts needed for business operations.Able to manage proactive communication with Client and interface with other disciplines.
- Practial knowledge of excel & its various function.

Education - Minimum Graduation is required. Experience is preferred.

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Effective communication with external partners and clients.
- Experience in handling e-government portal (**GEM Portal**) will be preferred.
