
Customer Success Executive

We are looking for a Customer Success Executive with a BTech in Electrical Engineering to support customers in implementing and optimizing solar design solutions. The role focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction through technical support, training, and guidance on the efficient use of our solar products and software.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Onboarding**: Assist clients in setting up and implementing solar design solutions, ensuring a smooth transition and system setup.
- **Technical Support**: Provide troubleshooting and guidance on electrical aspects of solar system designs, including performance issues and integrations.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and retention.
- **Training & Education**: Conduct training on solar design tools, electrical system configurations, and best practices.
- **Feedback & Improvement**: Collect feedback from customers to help improve product offerings and relay customer insights to the development team.
- **Collaboration**: Work with product, engineering, and sales teams to ensure customer needs are met and systems perform optimally.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Fresher can also apply.
- Experience will be 0-2 Year.
- BTech in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Solid understanding of electrical systems in solar energy design.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
