IT Pre Sales Executive

Department*: Sales and Marketing
*Key Responsibilities*:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
- Develop and deliver product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals and technical documentation.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
- Provide technical expertise and support during the sales process.
- Work closely with the product development team to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.
*Required Skills and Qualifications*:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in IT Pre-Sales or a similar role.
- Strong technical knowledge of IT products and services.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand and address customer needs and requirements.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
*Preferred Skills and Qualifications*:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the latest industry trends and developments.
