**Purpose of Job**:

- To implement marketing strategies effectively and maximise the organization s reach in terms of providing quality care treatment to more and more number of patients.

**Key Responsibilities**

To have primary responsibility of planning, directing, coordinating, and evaluating an organization//'s marketing strategies To maintain confidentiality of data in any situation To meet the doctors and do regular fieldwork to understand & develop sound marketing plan (visiting 10-12 doctors per day) To execute the tasks related to Medical Campaigns, CME, Conferences, Events, etc. To create a doctor list speciality wise capturing all the required details To report daily doctor calls or other assigned tasks To create monthly call planner and tour plan To submit Monthly detailed report of the activity To plan various activities as per the Marketing Strategic plans To explore newer geographical area To implement marketing strategies that meet overall organizational goals To be ready to do field work within the city as well as ex-station & out station To study and acquire knowledge about the services provided by the organisation To be ready to work in any department whenever require

**Secondary Responsibilities**

Responsible for assisting the department in absence of the staff
